Return Policy

When can you return an item?

You have 14 days from the date your package is received to submit a return. This also applies to sale items – Alluchi's return policy covers everything.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition – with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.

How do you initiate a return?

First, please contact us at hi@alluchi.com before returning anything. Include your order number and briefly explain the issue. We will respond within a few hours with further instructions, including the most current return address. This includes weekends.

The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. We recommend sending the package with track & trace, so you can see if it arrives safely. Please send us the tracking code as soon as you have dispatched the package.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or color? That's possible. Please indicate this in your return request, and we will ensure the correct variant is ready for you once we receive your return. If the item is no longer available, we will refund the amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will check if everything is in order. Please allow for a maximum of 1 business day for processing. If everything is approved, you will receive the refund to the payment method used for the purchase. Sometimes your bank may take a few extra days to process this – if it hasn't been credited after 15 business days, please contact us.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Is there something wrong with your package? Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt via hi@alluchi.com. Send clear photos, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

When do we not accept a return?

Unfortunately, we cannot process your return if:

• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged
• Tags are missing or have been removed
• The original packaging is missing
• The return was registered outside the 14-day period
